If you REALLY think it's there.

Get a 2nd opinion from someone else.

I would PM trinity autosport/joe as well as contact rpi before you go thinking something is wrong...could be a simple install problem/mistake...

post a sound clip of it if you can (from inside the cabin of course)....

I will contact Trinity and RPi.

Could it be the clamp? That is the only thing I can really think of that would cause resonance.

I will make a video tomorrow.

I am pretty sure that droning is caused by resonance.
Pipes have resonant frequencies and at certain RPM's these resonant frequencies are attained causing droning.

I am pretty sure that's how it works but please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd say you should double check the install first. Make sure there are no leaks, and that everything is fitting together correctly.

The clamp on the pipes is pretty tight on there. A friend suggested putting a strip of rubbers in-between the clamp and pipe. Would this maybe solve the problem or would the rubber melt?

PM flyingpuck regarding an exhaust cone that could potentially reduce the droning.

You can read more from Dave's postings,
