BTW, Id love to test a 535 if someone with a stock 535 would be interested. I think the mounting and installation is very similar to the 545/550.

Great job guys. The exhaust sounds niiiiice!
Two comments:
1) You might want to check the fitment on a stock bumer also before you decide to set it in another inch or so because I think the M Tech rear is tucked in further than a stock bumper. Also, and I think this is a lesser issue, if it's tucked in too much, you might have an issue with the exhaust fumes deteriorating the diffuser/bumper bodywork over time.
2) I don't think the 545 and 550 exhausts are identical because Dinan had to make two different exhausts for those cars. Joe will probably recall that they used my530i's (Fred's) car to develop the 550 exhaust after they had released the 545 exhaust already for close to a year. I think they initially adapted the 545 exhaust to fit but then they took his car back again to redo the piping to make it simpler to bolt on. That was my recollection.
