We were able to finally fit the RPi exhaust on the 545i. Very impressive gains of 13 rwhp @5800 rpm and 13 lb-ft torque @5800 rpm. Peak hp gain of 11.8 from stock 250 rwhp to 261.8 rwhp.

The fit is much better on the 530i. There was a lot of customization involved for the 545i.

the same for my 530i, just welding it straight on the exhaust sits crooked. They have to pie cut and reweld in order to get it straight. The front hanger doesnt event attach anywhere on the car from what they showed me.

The understanding was that your shop was to call us for assistance. There was no need for any welding. We never got a call.

NOTE: RPi exhaust for the 525i/530i/545i does NOT require welding. If a shop says otherwise, please have them call us at 562-630-5966.

Ryan,
I'm guessing you watched the video. Do you want the tips in more (are they sticking too far out) or satisfied with where they are at?
