Have you considered the Miro 111s? They just received their shipment not too long ago. I was soo close to pulling the trigger on these but I got impatient and picked up a set of OEM 166s.

The 111s look best IMO because of their concavity.

I used to like the M6 wheels look, but I think over time, that design became bland to me. I like syrousd's second pic's wheel.

 

Of the two you posted, I also agree that the first one is better.

 

Of the two you posted, I like the first one better as well. But consider VMR V710 - IMHO a great look for E60

I actually like the M5 replicas in black. You typically see them in silver, so the black wheels might stand out. I also like them in gunmetal. Personaly I wouldn't put an M6 replica wheel on an E60.
