I just got black and white rim roundels this weekend and I don't want to remove my wheel to change them. Whats another way of taking them off? Can I take a small flathead and pry the roundel off?

That's how I did it. It has to be really small tho. Like a small computer type.

I have seen some people use Suction cups to pull them out

Here is what I use. Requires some water / detailer spray to make an airtight hold on the wheel emblem to easily pull off.
Suction Cup with Quick Release

Works with trunk / hood emblems too. At least lift / rock the emblem away from the body by a couple of mm, then use a plastic credit card and fingers to finish the job.

Hey guys I got it done I used a small little pocket knife. No damage and it took like 1 min for all the rims. I made a video I might upload it as a DIY.
