agree with this. I got mine yesterday and installed them this morning. I'll post pics later. removal of old ones would be easier a second time but was a challenge to me this initial time. I was afraid I'd break something but somehow got thru it. I found the videos and write-ups to be marginally helpful but nothing significant.
