2005 545i 6-spd manual---->de-badged, CDV removal, Autosolutions short shift kit, resonator removal, premium package, PDC, xenon, almost full options, hardwire V1 install ....looking for mods...
2007 550i 6-spd----> Premium package, sport package, Logic7, heated everything, Rogue Engineering SSK, CDV removal, hardwire V1 install, aFe cold air intake, Custom Magnaflow exhaust....

go to bumperplugs.com......they sell you stuff to cover up your holes....works well for me

Well in the US we have the plates drilled in already.....and the holes are a pain in the a$$. Therefore we need bumper plugs to cover them up. Hmmm....an alternative to not getting caught by cops might be to put the plates with BMW logos on instead of license plates. The reason cops need you to have plates in front is so that they can get more accurate reading of your speed from their radar gun. Heard this one from a cop in Boston...after he pulled me over. :'(

Ummm... no.
I live in the USA. and no one drilled anything into my front bumper.
And it depends on your state. You all up in the north have gayass laws which require front plates.
We don't have those laws in Florida. The DMV only gives us a rear plate.
Cops who want accurate laser readings can go screw themselves.
