Removal of Front License Plate Holder???

I told my dealer not to install the front plate.

You can plug the holes with these--very high quality--I've used them on several Porsches:

I just don't understand WHY someone would install a front plate if they did not have to.

Front plates ruin the look of the car.

Well... duh.... what I said was... why install a front plate if you do not have to?

Like.... here in Florida we only get 1 plate, for the rear. But all these people buy decorative plates for the front. For example, the BMW dealer sells front plates with BMW logos on them.

I just don't get it. Why not just enjoy the lines of the car, the way it was intended to look? Why spoil it with some totally indiosyncratic accessory?
