Its a joke. Read the sig a little closer. It is a NON-sport. I added all the "sport" exterior looks to it. My spork package.

Uh huh, a Taco Bell Spork! I'd know that utensil anywhere! We would always get a handful of them from Taco Bell, when my daughters were little, as it was so much easier for them to eat with those instead of needing a fork and spoon.

for a M5 they change it every 35k included in the maintence program.
Got better Mileage and feels more responsive.

I sent the service manager who I deal with after having a mishap at the dealer-and now only deal with him. I sent him those picks-and he agreed they looked like shit but still recomended waiting to 100k (i have 40k)-like really people? How can they look me in the eye, look at those plugs and tell me they are going to work the same as a new one, let alone even work in another 60k miles.

whatever-their maintence plans is a joke-it is an advertising scheme or for someone who leases cars

Hi,

100k miles ? That sounds like bullshit and dangerous.

I actually changed mine myself for the first time after reading a great DIY ( found the link on this forum) http://www.geocities.com/convict_14/index.html ( m54 engine)
According to my idrive the plugs should be changed 50.000 km or 31.000 miles. ( E60 525 i 2004 )
As the plugs in the newer engines are the same I would maintain max 31k miles.
