No need to tear apart your door cards, they snap into the window frame with clips. Down side, obviously, is that they are fixed so don't roll up and down. I received a quote yesterday:

120 GBP blinds + 19 GBP shipping = 139 GBP = $220 which seems very reasonable since buying just the rear sunscreen from BMW costs about $200.
