Rear Speaker Installation Question

Model Year: 2006
Hello,
My rear 4" speakers have blown and I decided to get some new ones. Just need a little help with the installation.I am a beginner with any car audio installation. The ones I bought do not come with the same adapter as the stock speakers connected to the tweeters. How do I connect the new speakers to the stock tweeter? Do I need a adapter or can I just cut some wire and solder it together? Pictures are attached....
