It appears that 2004 threw 2008 are the same. A word of warning however repainting a bumper is not as good as having only one color coat. Paint tends to chip and crack even with vinyl additive. So if possible find a bumper cover of the same color. Or just buy a new bumper have it color matched and professionally painted.
