This is a little strange... . Someone in ebay is selling Radenergie R10s (20") for a Buy it Now price of $1500, with Pirelli tires. The wheels have only 6000 miles on them. I'm a little scared to buy, might be a scam. The wheels are in NY. Someone in NY want to buy this in person? Ask them if they will agree to a local pickup. I guess this is the only safe way to do this transaction.

I don't know how to attach a link to the site, but go to ebay and do a search for Radenergie. WOW, if this is true and one of you guys end up getting this, you owe me big time

Alright, so I write him an e-mail asking him if they are available for local pick-up. He said "yes" and would prefer to do it that way so he doesn't have to do shipping. Must be legit . I'm tempted, but I don't know. I've never bought rims from ebay before. Anybody want it? Great deal for those.

 

Wow, if that's legit, that's dirt cheap. I should get it as an extra pair to go with a different look now and then... haha

There's some minor peeling on the lips so I wonder how much that would cost to repair.

Years ago my friend had 2 sets of different style rims for his Supra. When Nisei week came around and all the modified Japanese cars would go cruising at Little Tokyo he would mount one style rims on one side and the other style on the other side. Gave him a different look from the crowds at both sides of the street. After cruising back and forth a few times you can tell that the crowds figured it out. You can hear them yelling "Hey, the driver of that Supra is the same guy earlier.... it's the same car!"

Of course he only did that for that evening
