Well the difference would certainly be in the forging technology vs. the MRR's which are cast and heavier. You really get what you pay for in this situation.

I think Im the only person that likes these wheels..If I had money I'd switch my current wheels and get this style

I think these would look awesome on a black car. I'm starting to think maybe I don't need a lip on the wheel.

Some of the classiest designs are wheels without a lip. A deep dish can look great but nothing beats a well designed concave wheel without a lip.
