Racing Brake Pads for 545i
Good evening everyone. I just took delivery of a Silver Metallic 545i Sport with a 6MT. Yahoo!
I tend to spend a lot of time at the race tracks - my other car is a heavily modified 350Z. 455whp and totally tweaked for road courses. But I will want to take the 545i out once and a while and while there is not much in the way of upgrades yet for improving an already excellent car, the one area that I think I could improver is the Brakes. New pads and SS lines and Dot 4 Fluid
Dose anyone know what type of brake pad the front wheels use. Model #. I would like to upgrade to Pagid Blues at all four corners. I can get the rear pad but I am having the darndest time trying to locate the spec for the front. Can anyone help?

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
Not much available at this time as the 545i sport is a new size. I have been watching for higher performance brake pads (also for dust reduction) - Axxis Deluxe pads. They just released the fronts, but still do not have the rears.
Not a big market yet as BMW replaces pads for the first 50k.
I would contact Stoptech (www.stoptech.com) - they will be up-to-date on what is available.
