hi.
so my e60 came w/ sirius satellite already setup, i just need to activate it. my question is, is that activation only applicable for the vehicle? i mean, if i also go and purchase a sirius home unit, will i need to purchase an additional subscription for that as well? if so, wouldnt it be more logical to go and get the sirius plug & play type receivers that can be used in the car and at home?
thanks

You will need a second subscription if you want to get a home unit. Sirius offers discounts for multiple subscriptions in a household (up to four or five, I think.)
For me, having the radio integrated with the car is worth the extra money rather than having to lug any hardware back and forth between car and home...
