Does anyone have ideal on what we can do with the I-Drive wheel. I was think of painting it flat black to match the black around the gear shift. I wish they would make one with a poplar wood look. <_<

Any suggestions?

 

I don't think BMW will give us a different looking one.
I would like to have the lighted one, but that's BMW Individual and probably too expensive.

I thought about changing out the security light under the mirror as well

What you have done is a unique ideal, Like it.
You say the BMW individual I drive knob is lighted. I found out they get the colored boots for the gear shift too. My dealer says that you cant order it unless you have an BMW Individual VIN#. So I need to find someone with a BMW Individual car with Gray interior. But, anyone with a BMW Individual car order the I drive knob. How would I get it to light up?

 

That's the questioen I have asked myself several times...
I don't know...
A lot of labour, and the problem that you can't order it unless you have an Individual car
Means, it's way too difficult
But if anyone finds a way I would like to know about it
