I'm looking to change my rear turn signal bulbs to red LED's. I came across these bulbs on superbrightleds.com and I was wondering if I'll need resistors to make these bulbs work correctly without throwing error signals.

Yes. Unless you get your car coded you will need resistors. I suggest to get your car coded. And get white LED turn signal bulbs.

 

White rear turn signal bulbs are illegal. White fronts maybe okay but that depends on the state.
