Ok I am going to look around for the best price.
Not the best price - look for the best car painter!

It depends on the vendor

We use PPG paint and we do color match.

Make sure they use PPG paint, that is all we use as well. If it is not a match (ie too fresh), you can leave it unwaxed for a month or two and allow the sun to fade it. Or better yet, just have it done locally to make sure it's correct. You can also go to the body shop in case it doesn't match and have them redo it.

It looks like your car is black from your avatar.

How big of a lip are we talking. If it is sitting at the bottom of your front bumper an it is painted black using factory color code, it should match pretty well. At least well enough that no one (probably including you) will be able to notice it. If your talking your whold hood, that's a bigger deal, but only a bumper lip isn't.

The ACS lip is not as big as the M-tech so I think it would not be THAT big of a deal. I talked with trinity and he has a jet black car and he said he would color march the bumper to his car because it is a 2004 and has expirienced much of the same weather conditions.
