Seeing as how you mentioned in an earlier thread somewhere that money isn't an issue with you, I would then recommend RDSport. http://65.36.231.74/Localized/NorthAmerica...A_E60_Motor.htm

Do a search here for RDSport. It has been discussed here before. Someone correct me but I think cat back is around $5K and a complete exhaust overhaul is $20K?

RDSport if the only true quad conversion available to date for non-M5 e60s.

Complete RDSport quad exhaust conversion with the stainless steel exhaust manifolds and high flow cats are about $10K. The manifolds supposedly provide a 25hp increase alone.

Thanks for chiming in ECF. I knew you would find this thread and provide the right numbers. All I know is that the RDSport is a lot of coin.

Why don't you try a custom system? There is alot exhaust companies that sell almost any type of mufflers and tips. You only need to take the measures of the free space from the rear right side and then start to looking through the exhaust companies a muffler that fit there. I bet that with $500-$1000 you can get a custom cat-back system with quad tips. See this custom system with Burns Stainless Ultra-Light Racing Mufflers, and check its amazing lightweight in their website.

Nah, did you read the post where the original poster said money isn't an issue as long as the quality is excellent? daytrader0 is willing to pay the premium for a real quad conversion and the best and most expensive one is RDSport.

This was what I was going to do before I decided to stop all further modding of my car.
