socalm5mang, If you want to save a little I believe Eurorev makes the custom diffuser /quad for the mtech . I remember a few guyswho had them them Iceman and some others.

As for exhausts Im stuck between Remus or Tubi style. Ive heard the tubi style regular and sort of sounds like Eisenmann on an M5. I wondering with my car itll probably ahve less high pitch .

ICEMAN 316 never had the custom diffuser. You're confusing him with Tim from Eurorev. He had the custom diffuser on his AW 545i at 2006 Bimmerfest. Owen530i is another member that Eurorev customized the M-tech diffuser for. He then switched to the Hamann diffuser.

Your 530i isn't going to sound the same as a M5 nor 545/550. It'll sound fine. I say go with Tubi. Haven't heard of anyone with it yet.

Eisenmann/Meisterschaft CF tips.
I haven't seen CF tips before, is that the new thing. Do they cost more than titanium?

I don't think there's a Tubi exhaust for non-M5 E60's. If there is, it is sure to be very expensive too.

The Meisterschaft exhaust for the M5 has carbon tips as an option:

If you are planning on buying a Hamann diffuser from ats, its gonna cost you a little over $1k. You also have to consider the custom fees associated with purchasing from over seas. I think a member broke down the charges in a post last week...he bought the hamann quad diffuser, ended up paying around $1200, including paint I think.

As far as the RDQuads go, check our Carrozeria Designs in Irvine, ask for Peanut.

btw, your Hamann quad diffuser and splitter paint job almost done
