The price on the RDSport system is retail. I'm sure you can get it for less.

Thanks Guys!

A bit too expensive for me right now. If I wanted to just replace the Exhaust I have now to improve performance or sound....what would you recommend? (Non Quad Exhaust--just dual to match).

Thanks.

Also...is there anyplace in LA that sells cool BMW Accessories like "Emblems-Interior and Exterior Aesthetics" etc?

Probably the cheapest yet still quality exhaust will be from Remus; dual, not quad. You can get it from www.bavauto.com for about $600. http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp

As for cool BMW accessories, check out www.bimmian.com although it's not in SoCal. There are other shops there like EuroRev, D2, CEC, Carrozzeria Design..etc...

Funny you should mention Remus exhaust. I was all set to order from bavauto.com this very exhaust until someone whispered in my ear about doing a group buy for RDSport quad exhausts.

If you are planning on buying a Hamann diffuser from ats, its gonna cost you a little over $1k. You also have to consider the custom fees associated with purchasing from over seas. I think a member broke down the charges in a post last week...he bought the hamann quad diffuser, ended up paying around $1200, including paint I think.

As far as the RDQuads go, check our Carrozeria Designs in Irvine, ask for Peanut.

You guys are the best. Seriously.

I'm checking out D2Technik this afternoon. I wonder if they have the Remus Exhaust there?
If I buy it from Bavauto and have it shipped is it cheaper than having a shop do everything?

I can't install it myself and wouldn't even attempt it. How much would an install like this cost? On a "friend deal"?

Thanks.

It shouldn't cost that much to install the Remus as you're only replace the muffler. It's not a complete cat-back system that would require a lot of work. I'd say $100 or less.

Would you say the RD sport sounds like this on yours vT?

For the M5, I still think the eisenmann race or supersprint race sound the best. Maybe throw the dixis in there as well.

The eisenmann has the best tips out of all of them.

Oh and I saw that video was posted by Autotalent. Sam at autotalent has some of the best prices if you guys are shopping around.

Yeah, I love the Eisenmann ovals or the Eisenmann/Meisterschaft CF tips.

D2 is a SuperSprint dealership. Supersprint like VT said makes Hamann and RD
