THanks man... well for mine it was 1500 for everything, 2 12" Kicker L7's Rockford Fosgate 1500 dB amp and box and wires and install..and let me tell you mine hits and no this isn;t the first system i've heard and think anything with bass hits.. I've heard systems with 5 15's 8 10' and so on.. this hits pretty well... for 6 grand you will definatley get it thumpin hard.. If i were you I would use my setup maybe differnt amp but update the interior speakers run an amp to those alone then have a custom installation with the subs and get ports cut out into the car if you don;t doens;t matter if you got a 15 grand system in there no bass will get into the car.. PORT THE CAR!!! If you do that you will be more then happy

A couple of thing to keep in mind.

1. The space below the CD is only on cars without NAV.

2. Basicly I-Drive is a computer with AM/FM tunner capabilities built in. You CAN'T remove the factory head unit without removing all I-Drive funtion.

3. I think(only educated guess) the main differece between L7 and US standard radio are the AMPs(Number of chanels and Quaility)/Speakers and some software for the EQ.
The L7 has 13 speakers and the Standard has 10. Both systems have SUBs under the front seats. I can't imagine they make 2 or 3 different M-ASK computers(cars with NAV) and 2 or 3 CCC computers(Cars without NAV) for each of the Audio Systems
