And Howitzer, you must own a money tree! Your house and yard is amazing, nicest thing I've seen on this forum yet ![Hyper](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/hyper.gif)

+1 There are a lot of nice houses in the Chicago area that are reasonably priced...unlike the crazy real estate prices that we have here in NY. I was just there on business a few weeks ago...but make no mistake HOWI's crib is DOPE!!

Thank you VERY much. Its 2 acres of land but the work involved in maintaining it to make it beautiful far exceeds anything we do with our cars I assure you. You can believe its worth it though after a long day's work to relax at home.

I'm in Chicago at this very moment and I think I just saw you driving down Michigan Ave. My office overlooks it. Hahahaha! No wait -- that E60 doesn't have THAT spoiler.

Thats a pretty sweet gig you got going there! I should stop working for the man and take business into my own hands, I think thats the only way to really get ahead! With risk comes reward!

...or the poorhouse. Times are very tough. Banks are brutal and lines of credit are hard to come by. I don't think you want to own a business in this climate.
