Hi,

I have installed the new tvonnav (called E60 XBOX). It seems that everything is working fine: I can swtich from screen etc. but the problem is that I dont see anything on the screen. I have 2 rear screens and there everything is working fine. I have tried another device that can switch easily between PAL/NTSC--> no view.

what do I do wrong ?

Hi,

I've installed that also. Do you see the input names in red letters on the screens top right corner (navigation, DVD , REAR ...) when you press the mute button on the remote. If you see that then the cables are atleast OK. You should see atleast something with PAL signal also, picture is just distorted.

Hi
Check the cables and wiring. It sounds like the in and out cable are swapped. It is highly unlikely that the unit is defective. The units are checked before being shipped. If it is defective there is NO Problem changing it but the problem is usually installer error. Feel free to call me at 718-763-7367 or email me at sales@tvandnav2go.com I will be glad to help you.
Thanks Dominic of www.TVandNav2Go.com

To All:

The instruction sheet refers to the white dot or marking and that you have to align it upwards etc...

Basically - the PIN that the white dot corresponds to is PIN 5. On both cables.

Suggest you verify that you have plugged them in correctly.

All the Best

Hobi

On another note, Dominic... did you get my message about the screen being "lower" - ie. vertical adjustment needed?

Have you tried to change the way the cables are attached to the screen ? Check that white dot in pin 5 like described in the instructions ! You cannot connect it too many ways
