Are they OEM or the NVD reps?

So did you get the mirrors and glasses from separate sources? The reason I ask is that your mirror seems to be only the normal heated version. However the electronics seem to be from a mirrors seem to expect a mirror with heating and electrochromatic glasses.
So before I suggest what you need to do can I just confirm if the 4 wire connect is on the mirror glass or coming from the mirror. Either way you can get this to work but you are going to have to hack this. The 4 wire connector used on the M5 mirror is not sold as spares and not even manufactured by Tyco, its made by a company called Hirschmann. You won't believe that it took me a good part of 2 years to find out this.
The M5 mirrors I made up for Sanj used those connectors to acheive a completely plug and play solution.
In case your mirror has just the 2 pins, then those connectors are also not sold as spares but you can use miniature female space crimps e.g. http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=34145

From the mirror you will have four wires coming to connect to the mirror.
VIOLET/BLACK: For the EC mirror
RED/BROWN: heated mirrors
You need to connect the Red and Brown wires to the mirror glass using small female spades.
