Red face

I'm getting my new Ti Silver 550i with MSports pack on Tuesday.
I wanted to transfer my M172's to the new car, because here in SA the 550i MSports comes standard with M135 rims.

However, I felt like doing something to the wheels that would give them more contrast against the bright Ti Silver.
Also I am going for 35% tint on the new car, so I figured I should go for a chrome shadow effect on the 172 rims.

I got the rims back on Friday and all I can say is damn... now they look really good. I wish I'd done this earlier.
They look good on my current Carbon Black car, but I think they're going to look even better on the Ti Silver.
The pictures don't quite do them justice, but here goes anyway: (before and after)

BMW#5,

How much did it cost you to get the chrome shadow effect done? Wheels look great.

Thanks!

Will definitely post pics of the new car too.

The wheels cost the equivalent of around US$80 each to respray.
Well worth it.
