Wheels look great. BMW should have that as an option with all the brake dust.

But people would think it's a replica now.

Damn that looks sick. Hmm maybe i should buy the 172's and do the same thing. I wonder if this would look nice on a Silver Gray 545i.

That's exactly how mine look when they're full of brake dust Each to their own really but not bad for the unique-ness!

The brake dust on the 172's used to drive me crazy. The difference here is that despite the much darker colour, they have a realy nice shine/reflectivity. Something you don't get with brake dust

Thanks for all the comments guys

I went to the dealer today so they could put these rims on my new car and do the final prep. They REALLY, REALLY look good on the Ti Silver.
I'll be collecting the car tomorrow so will try and post pics ASAP.

Let's just hope I can get some sleep tonight

hahahaha. +1
I was thinking the exact same thing when I looked at the pics. Give it a decent day of driving and i think any car with those stock wheels will look the same. Pay $320 for it ($80 each)?.....Probably not, but to each their own I guess.
My thoughts exactly - a couple of days of braking (especially with an auto box) and I get this look.
If I don't wash the rims they get meaner and meaner and then to look a little more more bling I just need to give them a hosing down.
Best of both world for no money I guess.
