I think any wheels that look good on an E60 will look good on a Monaco Blue E60 but it's the finish that counts. I think simple brushed aluminum would stand out the best on your car instead of something like black wheels.

Look up member SJ5er, I think he has Monaco Blue too and he his car looks awesome with silver wheels. He's also local so maybe you can try meeting up with him.
