You can't avoid the mod bug. Mod bug finally bit you.
Ha ha. Ok, maybe it has in a minor way. One thing I am not doing is exhaust given that I have no place to store a stock exhaust. And I don't want to do anything that will not be able to be easily reversed at lease end.

Yes Brett, I have always thought that the spoiler looked good on your ride.

Here's mine, I got the roof spoiler too:
Looks nice. I am inclined to do trunk only -- although I did think that C's ride looked great with both trunk and roof spoilers.

Just look at Kerry's car. His is Carbon Black and he has the ACS Style Rear Spoiler on his car.
Thanks C. Yes I saw Kerry's 550 at the Bear Mountain meet and liked how his spoiler looked.

So where is a good place in our area to get one painted and mounted?

Let's see that means:
Sprint Booster
Wheels and tires - EuroCarFan is selling his 360 forged (HINT - cough - HINT!!!)
Tinted windows
M5 Brake kit
RPI scoops + filter
Springs
Black grilles
AE upgrade
HID fogs

Quit wasting money on mods for your current car and get the M5 already.

Oh but here's a pic of the ACS roof and trunk spoilers on my old 545 (and the ACS diffuser as well):

Thanks. Looked good.

If I could find someone interested in assuming my 550's lease, I would be in a M5 immediately.

Scott - have we finally done it!!!!!!! Have we convinced you to mod!!!! OMFG!!!! I can't believe this!! CONGRATULATIONS, and kiss your remaining extra cash goodbye now.
I'm just doing a few little things. None are costly. My car came with the M Tech kit and the 172s. And as we all know, the M Tech kit and a set of fly new wheels are where the real $$$ are in modding. My lighting upgrades have all been reasonably priced as was my Sprint Booster.

OK. I have SB and HID fogs. I am putting in the GP Thunder 8500K bulbs for the AEs.

I love my 172s so wheels are tires are out. I am not interested in tinted windows or a M5 brake kit. I might get a RPI scoop if I can be convinced that its installation will not cause me problems at lease end after I remove it. I am very happy with the OEM springs and suspension and that is after testing them at full tilt in the twisties. I live in Manhattan and, given the potholes, I am not lowering my car. I like the look of the OEM grill and I do not intend to black out my grill.

I might do an ECU reflash if I was convinced that it could give me a significant boost in power.

[LOL and about 95% of the forum posted their cars - the remaining 5% just didn't make any pics of their ACS spoiler] But that's ok, since I'm prolly getting one as well

If you want to venture into your old 'hood, I have an excellent and very inexpensive guy for install (when I asked him last time I was there, he said 100 for installation of both - roof and trunk spoiler) and a great body/paint shop that a buddy of mine runs - both these places have done work for my friends and myself many times over the years.

Vlad, I'll call you tomorrow for the info. I have no problem going into my old hood in Brooklyn. BK in the motherf*cking house.
