Luis's custom conversion for the Angels eyes to LED is $860 for the E60. Here's the thread and details:

I'd rather not spend that much on changing my low wattage, yellow, OEM Angel Eyes to bright white, even though his work is outstanding!
I have a US 2006 530i with the Premium Package. That means I have self leveling Xenons with Angel Eyes, correct? I have read so many threads and posts about the possibilities and am just very confused.
Can someone please point me in the best direction and just basically tell me what to buy -- exactly -- hopefully because you have yourself and are very pleased with your selection? I'd like the upgrade to be less than $200 if that helps ...
I'd really appreciate the help! I'm buying Bruce's new cable box and LCI Euro back lights from the recent GB's and want to dress up the front as well. THANKS!

I have the GP thunder bulbs from ebay ~$25 and they were much much much much much better than the RD Dash LED upgrades. I would go that way if I were you. I know the low cost may throw you, but trust me they are your best option. not as bright as luis' but are very white and about as bright as stock.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't go with these? Pros vs. Cons?

Is this all I need or something else? And what's wrong with the $25 bulbs posted above?
Thanks! I'm hoping this thread will help others who are confused by all this ...

Btw, the Mycarr, Angelibright, etc... they are all the same. I have ones from Ebay $70-80 dollar ones from china, works just the same, and matches my LED Whiteness perfectly.

Nick,
Why MyCarr is the best bet for the price? It's still 3W LED bulb right? Maybe you're talking about the 7000K...so it's light tint of blue/purple? Some others are 6000K so it's more pure white color. If they're all 3W LED bulbs then the real differences between them are the K degree of the bulb and the canceller cable, which prevents the flickerings or light out error message.
Orion version 2 is really different from those 3W LED because they're actually rings of 90 (or so) LEDs. That's why they are so bright. Am I wrong?
