I was thinking black too with a black 'thin' plate' frame.

I say no plate at all unless you have a bracket already installed. If you have to have a plate, how about getting one that can be painted Mystic Blue?

That might look quite nice...

Why add a plate and disturb the form/shape of the front? It already has the BMW rondell on the hood -- why another one?

These cars look great with no plate. I am running the $200 fine risk to keep it looking good.

I forget if you removed it or insisted it not be installed. If you removed it, or anyone else in cyberland, I'd like some tips on what to do with the holes .

Actually, I saw one yesterday while driving around. (Silver) and no plate/no frame..it looked so neat, clean, soft, and beauty!

Too bad I am stucked with bracket!
