Nelson the 3sixty is now windows bases so no palm needed anymore.

KU-- I know what you're saying. I thought of going with Tweeters of the same kind in the pillars ES02 great sounding good quality but they are 2" tweets that require a sealed enclosure , the depth is huge therefore making it very difficult. My other option were the ES01 which are smaller and great in quality but don't know what the install charge would be.

another one to consider is the ID nxt30 but its 1.5 in depth and flush mount 2.5-2.75 in diameter. Being that you have done the pillars do you think it might look tacky to have these large tweeters int he pillars?

I have no more channels available in my processor so my only option is to go with parallel to the other tweets i thought of buying a attenuator for volume control for the pillars. Whats your advice.

I would love some CAL26 which are great from what i have heard but a bit pricey, can you get me a good deal on them?

CaL 28 for 300 yikes!!!

Cal 28 is a great deal for 350. That is almost what I pay for them and I am on accomidations. The cal 26 won't be as bad you could even do the cal 25's. I am not a big fan of attenuator has the potential of adding noise to your system. The more things you add to the chain the greater the chance of adding noise. I guess could always do and inline crossover. you are gonna want those to play at least 8.5k and up if not 10k and up. Are you running rears? On your 701 is the center output mono? if not we can use that channel.

I think the eso1's are still big I think I can't find the spec sheet, You could also do the DRT 26 if you wanted to stick with CDT. Remember since you are leaving your tweets in the kicks this tweet is not for focus it is to help raise the sound stange and ambiance.

that looks very nice KU, you're the man, very nice install.

I wanted to run those pillar tweets at 8.5k maybe even 10k
as you can tell in my system design im utilizing the Center, every channel in the process is being used thats why im out of luck when it comes to the pillars and my only option was parallel with the kick tweeters but perhaps adding a cap inline or i'm not even sure if i can put a passive xover inline as well and still run it parallel with the kickpannel tweeter so it would be the same power at different frequencies i think im running 2.5k-6k on the kick tweets so perhaps going 8-10l on the pillars might be doable.

does this sound about right?

I will receive my car hopefully friday and leave the tweeters for KU and myself to figuere out lo hahaha sorry KU i dragged you in to this lol

by the way im crossing the rear fill with my last pair of channels from my PPI arts 50 watts rms at 300hz with a capacitor. I think this should be okay for rear fill , right?
