Guys,?
? Just some opinions needed.? My new baby will be arriving in the next few weeks.? My question is should I opt for a clear bra?? My current car has got battle damage from those f'in? trucks that seem to always be ahead of me in the L.A. freeway system.?
? Ok, I lied, one more question.? What are your guys feelings about the extended warranty?? Woth it? ? or not?

-thanks in advance!

Clear bra is a good idea, but I would not get it because my 545i is only a pleasure car (meaning I have another car for working and beating around). Additionally, I have few instances where the, headlights, and hood is chipped and etc. I get more bugs, tar, and other debris that can be removed by rubbing compound. Now for fog lights, if that clear bra stuff can dramatically protect it, I would get it.

If the bumper gets chipped over time, it time for the m5 front end mod.

Yes, it is good for the lights and fogs. Protection is very very good. I personally wouldn't get a kit that didn't protect the lights. The kit I had installed (each one is different) claims to be the only one that wraps under the leading edge of the hood, where a majority of chips happen. They actually pulled off the roundel to apply the film to the hood.

I had Valley Clear Bra install a clear bra on my car yesterday. It is noticable up close at certain angles, but the guy did a great job. I paid $548 for the hood, bumper, mirrors, and headlights. I took about 2 and 1/2 hours to complete. He also came to my house a hour away from his shop to do it. If you're interested I can give you the phone #. Valley Clear Bra is located in North Hollywood.

I have a clear bra and love it. You have to make sure its a quality maker though. The best in the business is made by Proline Styling, they are affiliated with Madico Films. Check them out at www.prolinestyling.com Its worth it.
