Do you have halogen headlights? The E60's angel eyes for xenon headlights are powered by one bulb per side, so it's either strobbing for both or not.

As a note, AL refers to low beam.

Hello,

Not sure if this was mentioned already.

If you set "HEIMLEUCHTEN_ABBRUCH" to aktiv, you can turn the pathway lighting off and on from the remote.

Oh cool, thanks for the input Henny. I wasn't aware of that. I imagine it's disabled by pressing the trunk button again? I'll test it out when it stops raining

I just had the chance to test out what henny said. Basically if you set HEIMLEUCHTEN_ABBRUCH to aktiv, when you turn on pathway light via key, it'll just shut it off immediately. So essentially, this is worthless unless you don't enable pathway lighting by key, and instead use the stalk to activate, and key to deactivate.

In short, you CANNOT turn on AND off of the pathway lighting via key. And just to add, abbruch means translation, so basically what's happening is it turns on and then off right away if you set both entries to aktiv.

545Felix where did you change the HEIMLEUCHTEN_KL58G_1 to active I couldn't find it in the LMA but I found some interesting parameter in the Car FSW_PSW file , I mean the file that you get when you press back button in NCS expert . Someone says it's the backup of your car configuration but I found the HEIMLEUCHTEN_KL58G_1 in that file which does not exist the LMA, my question is that can I change the parameter in that backup file and write it to the car . Thanks in advance.
