First, does the shark fin antenna cover come painted from the factory if purchased separately?
Also, I tried looking at realoem.com but couldnt find the part. Can someone please help with this? Thanks!

haha no no it didn't fly off. I just wanted to replace it to a different color but wondered how much it would cost vs painting my original part. I always like having the original OEM part if I replace it just for backup.
