Orion v4s

Hi guys!
Well, I did the job, but not as I wanted. Sadly, I didn't install the projectors for high beam reflectors. They were too big and I didn't want to improvise to fit them because it would involve a lot of cutting of the frame which holds both the projectors and reflectors. Call me stupid but I also didn't manage to swap the lenses with ZKW-Rs. I took the projectors out but didn't realize how to dismantle them without breaking something. (Those are adaptive xenons and the moving mechanism sits too tight around the projector). But I did something else which polluted surprisingly good result. I cleaned the inside of the projectors (there were burn marks in there!!) and the OEM lenses with alcohol. Now I have sharper cutoff line with a nice thick blue line(and the thinner brown one) and there is more light coming out. Now my OEM bulbs seem more blue. I can really tell that when I compare them to my HID fogs which were more blue than the low beams before, but now you can't really see the difference.
All in all, I'm really happy with the mod. V4s are damn bright and look awesome even when not lit. There is no picture on this forum which could show you their actual brightness. I didn't take any pics but sure will in couple of days when weather gets better (its below 0 degrees Celsius here right now and snowy).
Though, I do have a problem with dimmer function. I can't get it to work.

I am guessing you may have the wiring wrong. The white wire is the dimmer. You want wire that in with the low beam positive.
Do it!

Hey Simon, you and I have talked about getting these done and I am almost on board and ready to pull the trigger. One more question, I came from a Maxima with switchback turn signals, I really liked that look! Can you put switchback turn signals in the LCI or is the only option to go with are yellow or amber led ones?

Single color can be done without too much trouble, but dual color will need some work.

So the turn signal shines white while driving but when you signal, the lights flash amber. I like the look and also want to stay legal, thanks for looking!

The above can be done, but it's not really a straight forward process. If it's modded internally through the wiring in the headlights, you basically won't ever be able to reverse the process unless the lights are taken apart again.
Having said that, I have actually experimented with the turn signals being lit as DRL with Orion angel eyes. It doesn't really look good. Too much going on, and because the way the turn signal area is designed, the entire area isn't lit up evenly, so it looks kind of strange.
If I remember and have a moment, I will try to get you some pics.
