I plan to start the eyebrows soon with the new method I told u about and the LED board. Should be easy. I just wanted to get the headlight done ASAP and not worry about it. However I do want to see if the headlight has any leakage before I do the eyebrow. Should I wait? or should I just do it and worry about it later? eyebrow that is.

Well, you don't have to "wait" long. The best way to test for leakage is to wash your car. When you do, it's higher volume than rain, so if there's any leakage, you'll know right away.

Hose is not available at home since its like freezing. Unless I just take some water and start pouring it over my hood / headlight area. LOL

Nice work, Mike. I see you got LEDs in the high beams. Are they any good? How bright are they vs halogen bulbs? Any errors?

Also, it's fun to see how your car evolves over time, going thru the cycle of stock to fully mod to stock again.

Thanks man!

The bulbs are pretty nice. They are somewat bright. and no errors. I put a resistor in there. You have to see for yourself if they are bright. I think after I put these angel eyes, you can't see anything anymore. LOL but they are meant for flasher lights.

Yes. it was stock, then fully modded, now back to stock. And I can slowly do my mods again. Its like a second chance... I do have some ideas, but no money at the moment. Maybe next year. I do want rims though.

LOL, yah well, I guess technically that WOULD be the same thing/effect. What you want to do is after you pour it over, go turn on your lights, and have it warm for a few minutes. Then check for leakage!

I took most of these pics with a cheap point and shoot and using a -1 exposure and still super bright.

Also you notice my Euro corner. Now I've got Euro headlights now. HAHAHA.

Its really amazing the difference between stock and these, in FULL signlight they are incredible bright and visible. I didn't know there were amber orions, that would look pretty cool...

that's fine. It is your product. I just need help in wiring it to turn on and off while arming my car.

I already spoke to some reps at umnitza and they said to follow the E46 M3 guide (not that helpful since its not the same car, but i do understand the concept). Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the power from the OEM angel eyes. Do I keep it wired too? If not, what do I wire it up with?

I think the method I'm going to go for is use the puddle light from the mirror, find out what is powering it (probably the door footwells lights) and tape them into the angel eye power via the LCM. So Umnitza, any advice / help? it would be much appreciated.
