What is low beam lens with clear ones? Change out the projector??

 

I don't know the rules on this forum if it's allowed to add an external link ,, but I do a part time job for most of BMW's headlights retrofit .. I buy most of my stuff from TRS ( the retrofit source ) , below is the link for the E60 Bixenon projector ( they call it E55 projectors because it came out on the MB E55 first ) with Clear Lens and comparison with the OEM lens .. check out the different ..

and here is the FXR bixenon projector ... these ones are th best available these days ,, even umnitza is selling these ones ,, it's amazing for most of the retrofits .. I personally sell at least 5 kits a month ,, mostly for E46 M3's and E39 M5's cars ... when I start with my Orion V2 upgrade ,, I will try retrofiting the FXR's , but the problem is they only come with D2S xenon bulbs ,, and my E60 is D1S ... will see how it goes ..

sorry i didn't answer ur question , u change the glass peice which is at the front of the low beam projector ,, simple when you have access to the projector ..

Okay guys,
I have just one picture here showing how my car looks when I either lock or unlock it.

This picture doesnt do justice and I am going to have more soon but just a glimpse.

BY THE WAY -- I see people STARRING at my ORION V2's.

If I stop at a store and lock\unlock the car people passing by just STOP to look at the car.

Kids in the back seat of other cars, just get glued to their rear window.


THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MOD I HAVE DONE.

Did I tell you guys that my eyebrow burns so BRIGHT that if a car is passing me on my left, I CAN see the passengers of that car in my EYEBROW WHITE LIGHT ---- HOLY SHIT --- THATS BRIGHT !!!!!

Forgot to tell you guys - LOOK AT MY SUPER PUDDLE !

 

Dude , do you have the model of the LED's you've used in the eyebrow ??

 

Hahaha those eyebrow LEDs must be bright as hell, because the v1's barely even show up in the camera.

 

My blue LED sidemarkers also get attention get red LED sidemarkers to complete the look. .

 

Took my car in for a car wash and there are ZERO leaks
