Yes it is. Well I'm going to purchase the lip regardless so now I guess I'll have to wait until it can be test fitted or I find a good deal on an OEM bumper.

well now, i being an injection molder by trade, with a vast knowledge of all different types of co polymers would shy away from a ploy prop bumper, i do not think it will hold its shape after being exposed to a multitude of elements...
