Just put on my BBS RS-GT wheels and the rear wheels are tucked in a bit too much for my taste. They are et25, I think stock is et32. Can I use a 5mm spacer to bring them flush? Also where can I get a good price on them and do I need longer lugs?

Yes you can easily put on a 5mm spacer without any issue. I will send you a PM on the 5mm spacer & lug bolt package.

Would 7mm spacers work better? Will I really need the longer bolts?

There isn't a 7mm spacer available for BMW that I am aware of. Standard spacer sizes available for BMW are typically 5, 10 & 15mm. Yes you will need longer bolts.
