Yes, 530i_msport, I am Greek. I assume you are also according to your sig. I've seen quite a few posts by fellow Greeks on this forum. It's funny how we gravitate towards things related to BMW, or should I say THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!

you can get 167s with a 28mm offset just like the 166 wheels. They are made the M5 rather than the M6. If you havent purchased yet those are what you should get - contact QUAD_M for a good price.

12mm front
28mm rear
with 255/40 ZR19 front 285/35 ZR19 rear or
245/35/19 and 285/30/19 for lower profile fitment

My Ride: 2005 E60 525dA, black sapphire, m-tech-aero-kit, oem m-tech 167 wheels w. 245/35/19ET12 + 275/30/19ET17, eibach pro-kit 30/30mm, black leather w. heating front+rear, folding rear seats w/ski bag, sun-roof (glas), pdc, adaptive bi-xenon, ext. clima-automatic, ext. lights-package, nav.busines, bluetooth, aftermarket hifi-amps + sub, paddle-shift!!
285/30/19 is only good, if you use the M5 version of the 167's with ET28.
If you use the M6-Version with ET17 you should stop at 275/30/19 to have absolutely no rubbering - that's what I have.

Thanks for your input everyone. Now that we have a good idea of tire sizes that would fit an e60 with these wheels, next project is to find a reasonably priced BMW retailer 
in the U.S. that stocks the 167M M6 fitment with the 17mm rear offset. I don't want to use the M5 fitment with 28mm rear offset because I would probably end up getting spacers for the right look. I also have had bad experiences with hub centric rings so I don't want anything between the wheel and the hub, such as a spacer, if I can help it.

Thank you quad_m for the quick reply concerning the M6 fitment 167's. I know most of you are using 245/35-19 tires for the front and 275/30-19 tires for the rear. I also noticed in most of your sig's with the M5 or M6 style wheels that you also have the sport model e60's. I understand that the sport models are 17mm lower than the non-sport models due to the lowered suspension.. I have a non-sport model e60 and would like to use the tallest tires possible to fill the wheel wells. I read that forum member jsal has used 245/40-19 at the front and 285/35-19 at the rear on his sport model e60. He says he gets a "slight rub on the plastic well in the front at full crank". If I used jsal's tire setup, I'm wondering if I would be getting the same rubbing even tough my suspension is 17mm higher? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
