Default OE wipers vs Valeo Ultimate

My OE wipers were changed by the dealer just a few months ago, yet they have been chattering and streaking like crazy lately. I always clean the wiper edge with a moist rag each time I wash my car, which helps a little, but the effect does not last long.

Since I had ordered a set of Valeo Ultimate wipers a while back, I decided to put them on yesterday after driving home during a downpour. Using the windshield wash function, right away I noticed that the Valeo's were much quieter and smoother operating! I haven't tried them in the rain yet, but so far, I definitely recommend them over OE!

Post back after you've had a chance to live with them for a while. My OE blades are only a few months old, and while they do a good job clearing the windshield, they chatter like crazy!

I always put Bosch Aerotwin flatblades on my car and I usually run them for 2 years, clean them every month and they never make any noise and wipe excellent.

You have to give it time and then review it again.
Its like people who review tires when they go from a bald tire of company X to a new tire of company Y, to say that the new one they bough it super awesome.

I'll post an update, but mind you, the OE wipers were only a couple of months old...never had a wiper go bad in such short amount of time. This was the second set of OE's I've had, and neither times did they work very well. Even when new the OE wipers didn't glide like Valeo.

I have replaced OEM with PIAA Silencio. Worth consideration.
