I think it refers to the weight of the bottle itself. It's lighter than the competitor's bottles.

I'm pretty sure they are referring to the actual 20lb weight of that NOS bottle as opposed to other NOS bottles which would/could weigh more....

rather than just adding a 20lb bottle = weight reduction alone...
