Did you frost the fins?

But excellent work your headlights look stunning!

Looks great! I look forward to see your sollution about pre-LCI headlights. How would it look with orange LED's? Like the E71 X6 LCI LED-headlight?

Hey Simon, I just got back from out of town and I see you have finished your headlights. Nice job they are very unique.

That would be just way too cute. I think the cutness will bring the world to its knee.

Yes, it was done to hide the LEDs from being visible when it's off.

I personally am not a fan, but there is red and orange LED option as well. For red, you probably would want to install a switch so it can be turned on and off, otherwise you'll just asking for tickets. Orange, mmm, yeah, I think that's what most of us try to get away from.

Lol. I had a tire completely blow out on me at 4AM this morning. Spent the whole morning and most of the afternoon sitting at the only shop around me that's open on Sunday waiting to replace all four tires.

So unfortunately, didn't get a chance to experiment on pre-LCI. I have cut open and extracted the pieces, but I am just a bit tired today since I only had three hours of sleep. I might look at it before bed if I am up for it.

Oh, with that said, a couple people have gotten a chance to see it in person yesterday and the responses are all

Even a guy with an Audi joked that I should do it to his headlights, lol.
