No, I have not, but I have lowered plenty of E60's. The installation shouldnt be any different from any other car.

Sam make sure you adj. the height properly. It's not like the traditional coilovers that most people have.

Thanks for the heads up. I know what your saying. I would imagine these would be adjusted the same as you would with the K-Sport or D2 versus just the threaded body as the KW and the H&R.

Yup these are just like the D2 and KSports. They are probably all made from the same place too

Hey Michael, what do you mean that these are different? It looks threaded to me? Can't you just use the spanner wrenches and tweak the height that way? Never seen these or the k-sport/d2 ones before so I wouldn't know the difference.

no that alters the spring travel (kw, bilstein). if you look closely at the coilover, you'll notice threads at the bottom of the shaft. to adj. height you actually turn the entire shaft and it'll make the coilover shorter but won't affect the spring travel.

kinda hard to explain but a better design.

China or Taiwan?

I am pretty sure alot of these kits are the same manufacturer, and just private labels.

It IS hard to explain. I just think of the H&R and KW as being a threaded adjustable sleeve, and the other ones being a threaded adjustable body and sleeve. Am I explaining it right?

lol i dont know but i know what you mean. that's why i didn't understand why everyone was into kw and bilstein. kw/bilstein still using older technology and use helper springs to cheat.
