Hey guys

I was looking around on ecstuning site and found these new wheel locks they got, they say they can fit on any wheel bolt so we don't have to buy extended locking bolts for people with spacers and the part I like is that they use a key that you can carry with you rather then leave in your car.

I dunno, the keys look nothing more than a small circular tube?

That key looks extremely easy to copy. Plus, anyone that buys these has the key to your wheels...

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume that the keys are different for each set.

+1 They would have to be different, otherwise the liability alone would bankrupt the company!

Not sure about the sturdiness of those locks.
They look like they could be "tapped" out easily
with a strong enough force.

Someone try 'em out and report back

had these locks on my E46 and my GTI and they worked great. Each set has a different serial number that corresponds to that particular key/lock pattern. Very sturdy..just ordered another set for the E60
