I don't think it's a good idea to low one more inch, it's already quite low... ... but sure it will look better in Mtec kit!

Althought I am not a ACS Fan...

but I really think ACS rear bumper looks more AGGRESSIVE! and Great!!!

also....

I think ur car is low enogh...

the one in PS pic looks just.....too low.....its a BMW...not a Low ride , right??
