I had this posted on another thread, but thought I'd repost a new thread for those that are interested. I emailed Dave over at CustomAngelEyes (AngeliBright) about buying some lights, and check out his response. Some have asked if he will do upgrades for those that have V1.0. I shot him a note and will let you know when I hear back.

Thankyou for your interest. Here are your answers:
1. Do you offer any discounts for E60.net forum members?
Yes, $10 off your order, plus if your preorder for the 2.0 version, it is only $319.(so $309 for you)(price will rise in a few weeks when they ship)

Features of the 2.0 version (compared to the 1.0 version):

200%(2x) brighter than the already brightest on the market 1.0 version.
2x better life (approx. 100,000 hours).
Better color matching technology to OEM Xenon headlights.
NO AM/FM radio reception interference issues(all other competitors cause interference)
NO Blinking/Flashing issues on any model BMW (all other competitors cause some type of blinking, flashing, or strobe effect).
Much easier to install due to an ergonomic fitment to hand (unlike any competitor).
NO On-Board Computer(OBC)/dash errors (unlike some competitors on some vehicles)
REAL Plug & Play Connectors for every model, NO TAPPING OF ANY WIRES, OEM connector (from vehicle) simply plugs right into the Angel iBright 2.0 base. Direct instant connection.
Complete microprocessor controlled ballast system internal to the unit (opposed to the Angel iBright 1.0 external ballast, with lose wires). Ballast controls and maintains proper electrical conditions for the Angel iBright at all times.
Solid CNC aluminum body that will not corrode or rust.
One piece construction with no external parts, electronic components or wires.
Available in 3 different colors of light: ?Xenon Match? White, Blue or Red. Other colors can be custom ordered.
100% of the components are manufactured right here in the USA.

Which fogs do you recommend to accompany the new halos? I was thinking of PIAA, but not sure which model/strength...
We are not a fan of anything PIAA, they are usually built cheaply and very expensive....some of our customers have had good luck with HEON xenon-match fog lights. Plus they are only about $30.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but we may want to consider doing a group buy for an even better discount. Thoughts?

I asked him about the pre-order and the approximate ship date. He'll get back to me. As soon as he does, I'll let everyone know on this post. Esp ECF. He wants his upgrade ASAP.

Will let you know. Dave has yet to write back. I may have scared him when I told him many E60 members want to upgrade and buy v2.0. I'm not so sure he has an ETA on a ship date for the new version.
