Well that's still faster than most cars out there

but nonetheless, how could they sell such a product?!! I would be pissed as well.

They can sell such a product cause they are a big company thats in to make money. They test airflow for filters but they either dont know about engine tuning and how the ECUs work or they just dont care as long as they can sell an intake kit. The only way you can show any sort of gain with those types of intakes is to dyno with the hood open and a fan blowing an insane amount of air at it. Even then the car has to be cool compared to a heat soaked baseline run. I've tried several times to dyno the cars with a HAI and wanted to see a gain. EVen when the hood was open, it showed a bottom end loss due to heat soak. The top end did gain some power though. This was done by letting the car sit for about 10 minutes and our 13k cfm fan blow directly at the filters.
